"Lucas was so helpful with walking me through a wrist injury. He spent a lot of time figuring out exactly where the pain was located and how it was affecting my day to day. After really zeroing in he walked me through ways to manage pain and different exercises to help build strength. I loved the amount of options he gave so I always had something I could be doing to help whether with a few free minutes at work or tons of time at home relaxing!"
