Brooklyn

Brooklyn’s fitness journey has changed with her life . From losing the freshman 20 to bodybuilding, pregnancy and postpartum, motherhood, and career shifts. After competing in 2018 and becoming a certified personal trainer, she learned that fitness isn’t just about workouts, it’s about real life.

 

She’s worked with clients in gyms and at home and is known for her positive, hype-you-up energy. Brooklyn knows when to push, when to support, and how to help you feel strong, confident, and capable in whatever season you’re in.

Lucas

Lucas is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who helps people move better, recover from injuries, and feel confident in their bodies again. His training style is all about longevity - building strength and mobility so you can keep doing what you love for years to come.

He’s known for being encouraging, motivating, and steady when things feel challenging, helping clients push themselves safely while staying consistent and committed to their goals.
